Here are a series of images from the Paris Premiere of 'The Return of the
King' as well as the opening of the Alan Lee/John Howe Exhibit of LOTR art.
These photos were taken before the stars were ushered out of the building

Chapter XVIII: John Rhys-Davies

microphone at the Los Angeles Premiere of 'The Return of the King' on
December 3rd 2003. In this chapter David chats with the ever-delightful John
Rhys-Davies who plays Gimli the Dwarf. John discusses his role as Gimli and
the fondness for his fellow actors. He also answers an interesting question,
would he be willing to play Gloin in a possible adaptation of 'The Hobbit'?

ROTK: South African Premiere

Lord of the Pins
The last two telecasts of the Academy Awards have featured, if fans looked
closely at Peter Jackson's jacket lapel, two "good luck" pins from
TheOneRing.net made by the hand of Paul Badali. Badali is a long-time fan of
J.R.R. Tolkien's books and has always been fascinated with the Middle-earth
