My friends

You bow to noeone. . .

Erm .. but seriously ..

I am still in two minds about the bash. While it would be wonderfull to
attend. We would only be able to make it for a couple of days. . and the
costing for this is a little daunting. .with all else considered. So. .We
will have a little think about it . .and let you know in good time.

Kind Elven regards

Elfy

>>Hiya folks,

>>Ok, well, I just had an enlightening phone conversation with the Hyatt.
>>
>>Our courtesy agreement with the Hyatt makes no specification about how
>>many
>>people are allowed in the room. It states 199.00 for a single or double
>>room. I just spoke with the customer sales representative that I have been
>>dealing with and she apologized for the vagueness of the agreement, and

>>person.
>>
>>However, she asked *sotto voce* if she could let me in on a little secret,
>>to which I responded "Of course." She went on to say "no one ever checks
>>on
>>how many people are in the room." With nearly 700 rooms, I can imagine
>>that
>>that is true.
>>
>>I am very unhappy that the Hyatt was unable to officially adhere to the
>>information conveyed in our courtesy agreement. I leave it up to you as to
>>whether you wish to fudge the number of people in your room or switch to
>>the
>>Hotel Rex.
>>
>>I will have to adapt the information on the hotel page. Thank you for
>>calling this to my attention.
