Greetings, y'all. Just wanted to drop a line and say a few things.
Firstly, we're down to six weeks. I'm getting a bit edgy, and the hotel =
is getting a bit antsy. I know that there are more folks planning to go =
than I've heard from. So, if you're more than 50% likely to attend, =
please reply and let me know how likely you are to be there.

If you're definitely attending, please keep the fee and hotel =
reservations in mind - the hotel would like me to start sending them =
money sometime this past April, but very few folks have paid thus far. =
