[Barlibash] Corrections to last email

Hey folks, just need to straighten out a few things from my last email, and 
add a few new bits as well:

I goofed on the itinerary.  Curunir had alread laid out a vanilla itinerary 
several weeks back, and we did not take this into account when making up the 
new one.  The actual "loose" itinerary is as follows:

Wednesday, July 24th: Everyone arrives at the hotel and gets settled in, 
with a little reception in the evening.

Thursday, July 25th: We all head to downtown Seattle to go shopping and 
sight-seeing.

Friday, July 26th: Hang about the hotel for most of the day, spend some time 
at the bar,  head into Bellevue, then our lavish banquet in the evening.

Saturday, July 27th: Our 'Open' day.  Do whatever you like.  Feel like 
having a discussion on The Silmarillion?  Get a group together and find a 
quiet spot.  Wanna head back into Seattle for more shopping?  Knock yourself 
out.  Wanna sit in the bar and get plastered?  I'll save you a seat.

Sunday, July 28th: We all head home.

As for our trip into Seattle...Several people pointed out to me that we 
could *not* walk from our hotel to Seattle to go shopping and all that.  It 
just can't happen, it's too far away.  Blame it on my information getting 
mixed up, or go along with the popular choice: I'm an idiot. ;)

TheOneRing.net's mail server was having a bit of trouble today, so if you 
sent your flight and contact information to Jincey@theonering.net today, she 
did not receive it, so you'll have to send it over again, please.

Since we can't actually *walk* to Seattle, and we're not really sure how 
public transport will be that week, we're going to be in need of vehicles.  
For those of you who are driving to Seattle, those of you who live in the 
area, and those of you who are renting cars: We need to know!  We've got to 
organize a mighty caravan to haul the group around, so if you are going to 
have access to a car and feel comfortable hauling some strangers around, 
please email me at Saint@theonering.net, and we'll get a list together.

We are planning on having a meeting this weekend in TheOneRing.net's 
chatroom to discuss events at Barlibash.  For all of you attending Bash, if 
you can find some spare time this Sunday, July 14th at 12 Noon EST, please 
come join us for a discussion.  If you use an IRC client, after connecting 
to the server, type /join #BarliBash to join the convo.  For those of you 
who have't a clue on what I'm talking about, head to:

And click on 'Java Chat'.  Once that screen is up, click 'Connect' and then 
join the chatroom.  Once you're all connected, type /join #BarliBash to join 
the convo.

Sorry for any mix-up's with the last email.  Please don't forget to join our 
chat this weekend - We're all going to be at Bash, so we all get a say in 
what's happening with it. :)  Also, if you have not yet submitted your info
