1. No member of TheOneRing.net or their immediate families my enter. (Darn I hate this rule!!!!)
2. Whether you send your entry by email or mail, please send the following information: Name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and a small note saying who he/she is supposed to be. ( Although it is not required, a small description of the character would be a good thing to include. )
3. Send your entry to halloween@theonering.net. Only emails sent to this address will be accepted.
4. All people submitting pictures give permission to TheOneRing.net to post those pictures on the website.
5. All individuals submitting entries agree to be added to the Sideshow newsletter to receive further information on LOTR products
6. All mailed entries must be postmarked by November 10, 2001 and received by November 17, 2001.
7. Initial judging will start on November 18th. Final judging, by polling of the visitors of TheOneRing.net, will begin on November 26, 2000.
