I didn't say that myth didn't exist before the Bible because writing myths
hadn't been invented, as you seem to imply here. I was taking issue with
your assertion that myth existed before the 'creation' of earth, and that all
myths, written or not, are part of 'one true myth'. I also disagree with
the 'noble savage' idea that prehistoric peoples were latent christians.
And I tend to agree with you that myth probably existed before the earth was
formed from the solar nebula 4 billion years ago, although we have no evidence
of civilizations from other star systems from that
time.
