The Ents usually remind me of it more than anything. The idea that their names
grow as they do and that the young have short and "hasty" names always makes me
think of the idea that to the druid thinking, a real name, a true name,
contains the whole history of the being or object and that by knowing and using
this name, one may gain control over that who or which is
named.

I have not so far left the coasts of life
To travel inland, that I cannot hear
That murmur of the outer Infinite
Which unweaned babies smile at in their sleep
When wondered at for smiling
