The word Goblin is a synonym for Orc-they're the same thing. Uruk is simply
Black Tongue for Orc.
The Uruks in Mordor and Isengard, however are bred to be tougher soldiers.
naturally, this breeds arrogance towards the lesser Orcs ,the 'snaga'
(slaves)such as the rabble in the Misty Mountains.
Saruman's Uruk hai are arrogant towards the Northerners because they cannot
take sunlight and are like ants to them. Ulguk's troop are also disdainful
towards Grishnakh's troops because they are smaller.
In a distant way, it's like the Numenoreans versus the Dundelings of the Orc
world.
