Not really "Die"
Message:

Sauron is a Maia so he cannot die as such, but he his rendered powerless and his "essence" dispersed so thinly that he can never take shape again.  That's perhaps the closest thing to death I could image for an immortal demigod. 

Saruman perhaps has the same fate since the "grey mist" rising from his body is swept away in the wind after looking towards the west.
