was still left feeling like we never saw Frodo's temptations while he was
carrying and trying to resist it.
I find this section hightened my empathy for Frodo. Yes, I know the ring
was becoming stronger near home but I think I better understood Frodo's torment
when I realized he had been carrying the ring for years and Sam felt this
strong temptation so quickly. For me, this was a very effective method to
improve my understanding of the mental and emotional toll it was taking.
Man! I wish I had more time to follow this discussion. Geez,
sometimes work gets in the
