These horses, which include the Mearas are said by all to be the best in Middle
Earth, bred in the Vales of Anduin.
Physically, what makes them stronger, more intelligent and loyal? Not just the
Mearas, but the other horses of the North, like the Rangers' horses.
Is it the training they get as foals? Or perhaps more iron in the river rom the
Grey Mountains? The Stoors certainly found a lot o fish- why not good alluvial
silt for pastural grass?
What makes these hhorses so darn
good?
