moment with Frodo, acting in a dishonorable manner, and that the hobbits had a
good reason to be wary of "men of Gondor." And Boromir *did* lie when he
said he would defer to the judgment of the Council and of the Fellowship --
then attempted to take the Ring by force. It may have been the only lie
in his life -- but Faramir said
"never."
