The host of Finarfin was very slow, since it always looked back at Valinor with
sadness and brought along many treasures to remind them of home, such as the
Ring of Finrod (later Barahir).
Finarfin himself was quite unwilling to go, since he wasn't as gung ho as
Fingolfin or driven as Feanor.
Hence his host was well behind the other two, his people are innocent of the
Kin slaying, including his daughter. Even Fingolfin's folk plunged into the
fighting without knowing why Feanor was taking the ships.
Angrod was rather miffed that Thingol accused him and his family of
participating, and that the Sons of Feanor did not regard Finarfin's house as a
'proper' Noldorin house.
Galadriel's only big sin was not telling Melian the whole truth. if she had
told Melian in confidence, then the Maia might have something to say to
Thingol.
There is but one task remaining in Arda-we,the Dragons of Valinor will make it happen.
