Aragorn never did anything unethical as far as I know, and to be unfaithful to someone who is willing to give up their immortality to be with him would be pretty low, IMO.  When she handed him a cup, her hand was shaking, not his.  I think that he tried not to lead her on.  When he rode away, those that knew him well could tell that he was hurt badly.  So I believe that if it ever seemed like he was flirting with her, it was unintentional.
