many meetings- reunion
Message:

Hi!i'm a newbie!Excellent subject!i think Frodo did'nt hand over the ring to Bilbo after their reunion as he knew Bilbo was devoured from the rings like Gandalf told him so he felt distrust and therfore reluctantly handed over the ring. Frodo knows all who see it desire it, even Gandalf could be seduced by it's power so Bilbo could'nt have been an exception? Frodo loves Bilbo dearly, but i think in the matter of the ring he distrusts Bilbo.Hopefully my answer has proved to be of some interest to you. Thankyou!
