Gandalf and Galadriel
Message:

Galdalf as I understand it, is a Maia or a higher power in the form of an old man.  So my question is, how much more powerful is Gandalf than Galadriel.  She seems to be a pretty omnipotent power in Middle Earth.  But is that just it?  Does her high stature only come from the fact that she is still living and governing in M.E.?  If she left for Valinor would she not be as powerful in the undying lands?

**"It's sunlight and bright day, right enough, I thought the Elves were all for moon and stars; but this is more elvish than anything I ever heard tell of.  I feel as if I were inside a song, if you take my meaning"**
