Gray. He is often described as "shining like silver," and the last time
we see him, it is as "a great grey horse" standing near Gandalf at the Grey
Havens. They are clearly taking some license with the movie, for which I
can't blame them. Many not-too-sharp movie-goers are apt to wonder why
they call Gandalf the White Rider if his horse is
gray.
