Australian Singer Greta Gertler to Record for 'Ringers'
Hollywood, CA -- June 15, 2004: Singer/songwriter Greta Gertler will arrange
and perform a cover of the classic ballad "Leave Tomorrow Till It Comes"
exclusively for the upcoming feature documentary, Ringers: Lord of the Fans.
The song is familiar to Tolkien fans from the 1980 Rankin & Bass animated
version of The Return of the King. Ms. Gertler's remarkable sense of melody
and orchestration breathes new life into a song originally recorded by "The
Limeliters" vocalist Glenn Yarbrough. An original composition from Ms.
Gertler, the aptly titled "The Ring," will also appear in the film.

TORN's Own Book: The People's Guide to J.R.R. Tolkien

Cold Spring Press is pleased to announce its new book "The People's Guide to
J.R.R. Tolkien." This book of essays fills the void between the release of
the second and third Lord of the Rings movies. Passionate, ardent,
well-informed, and unlike any other book on the subject, this is an
indispensable handbook for people who consider themselves experts -- or who
wish to become experts -- on the lore of Middle-earth and the man who made
the myths.
