Holm Talks 'The Hobbit'
When IESB asked if he would be willing to return to the big screens and
reprise his role of Bilbo Baggins, "That would be fantastic, there has been
talk about doing the Hobbit and I know that Peter would love to do it but
there are some legal issues with two studios but once they get that handled
I would love go back and do it, but that will be a few years from now, you
know Peter is working on King Kong."

Trilogy Showing at DragonCon 2004

LOTR in Imax format?
Spies in Auckland report that Peter Jackson was seen there checking out King
Kong location possibilities, but he also went into the Imax cinema there -
reportedly this is because they are checking out the possibility of putting
all three films into Imax format.

A good time was had at Barlibash Boston
This past weekend the folks from TheOneRing.net's IRC server gathered once
again for the 4th Annual Barlibash, held this year in Boston to coincide
with the Museum of Science's Lord of the Rings exhibit. Barlibash 2004 saw a
lot of returning attendees as well as a new crop of Barlifolk to enliven the
festivities. What follows is a highly personal account of the weekend of fun
and mayhem.
