It is with deep regret that I must announce I will be
unable to attend this year's Bash. I have taken a
cold, hard look at my finances and I just can't afford
to come this year.

I hope you all have as much fun as we did last year,
and I'm sorry that I'll miss seeing you all. Why, oh
why does it have to be so expensive to get around
within my own country?? :(
