Yeah, but you'll be close enough to New York City that you can run around the subways and spray paint "Frodo Lives!" for old times' sake.  Surely that will be worth it.

  My vote is for Atlanta.  Even though I have never been there, I would assume that the Jersey Shore is a fantastic place.  However, Atlanta is a very attractive city as well.  There are many amazing attractions there and I think that would be the better of the two choices.

  Also, if we use this year's weather basis as a pattern, isn't the Jersey Shore going to be sweltering hot as well?
