[Barlibash] Bash -- It's Almost Here! PLEASE READ

Hello everyone!

Bash is almost here and I'm sure you are all very excited. 

For those of you arriving on Wednesday -- Miss Kitty, Elenya, Demosthenes,
Willowmere and Viola -- Elenya and Umbar will be organizing a meetup in the
hotel bar at around 5pm (lasting until whenever Miss Kitty rolls into town).
Then the group can decide what to do for dinner. 

Thursday is when the main contingent arrives. Plan to meet up again in the
hotel bar at 5pm to make your hellos and settle in. We have several ideas
for a group dinner, and we can all choose once we're together. 

As of now, Friday is still open so far as sightseeing goes. Among the
choices are the Monet exhibit at the SF Art Museum, walking around
Chinatown, and visiting the Golden Gate Park (which is chock full of things
to do). Friday night seems to be set for Chinese Food dinner!

Saturday the choices are: Trip to Muir Woods, led by jincey -- jincey has
found out all the pertinent information for getting to the woods by bus,
travel and entrance fees, etc.  The second choice is a longer lie-in,
followed by lunch and then taking in the Chelsea FC vs MLS All Stars at the
Mad Dog pub (no under-age persons allowed). 

The group should meet up again for dinner, tentatively planned for Spengers
Fish Grotto in Berkley. This depends on JPB and morrow being able to
coordinate transportation out to the restaurant.
