[Barlibash] Barlibash travel info needed

ok i hope this goes to everyone.... y'all look at the addies and see who 
i've left out... let me know who isn't getting these emails : )

As you make your travel arrangements, please email me with the details so i 
can see who's coming in when. This way we won't lose anybody (well... we 
won't lose anybody for long) and we can see who all can meet at airport and 
share a ride in.  I need arrival date & time, airport, airline, flight #.

If you're driving, I need to know that so we don't stand at the airport 
waiting for you all weekend ; )

it would also help if you include who you are rooming with, cell phone 
numbers (for emergency use only) and a number back home that we can contact 
if needed.

I am assuming that everyone is at least 18 or coming with a parent or 
guardian. Please let me know if you are falling into this category.

OH!.. since i know you by your nicks mostly, nick/realname (first & last) 
will also help.

If you want to do the baseball game say so... i know sam and i and several 
others are (i've never been to a real baseball game!)

if you're interested in wheaton college (lots o' literary memorabilia: 
tolkien's desk, cs lewis' wardrobe (inspired narnia, much more)) lets get a 
list started for that too : )
