Wednesday evening (for early arrivals):
Chinatown
Boston Museum of Fine Art (entrance by donation)
eat somewhere in the North End

Thursday:
duck tour! http://www.bostonducktours.com/; combined with trolley tour (we
can get on and off trolley all day long.. see the sights but little
walking): includes a stop at the USS Constitution and Swan Boats
walk around the common / ride the swan boats?

Friday:

stumble over to the Black Rose (an Irish pub) for a couple of drinks and
some live Irish music. (great idea julie!)
Sunday
I imagine most folks will be leaving out Sunday, so this is wide open atm.
