Sorry, not really up on the club scene. I know there is a section on
the http://boston.citysearch.com/ website for clubs.
I have heard of clubs like the Axis, Avalon, and ManRay. The Axis and
Avalon are across the street from Fenway park, and I believe there are
some other clubs right there. Axis and Avalon both also feature
bands.
Your best bet for making firm plans for clubbing, might be to wait
until you get to Boston and check out the various free papers in the
subway to find out what clubs have what type of thing going on, on a
particular night.
