We can feel the excitement building for the big Star Wars 30th Anniversary party at Celebration IV, being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Thursday, May 24th through Monday, May 28th! If you are lucky enough to be attending the con, don't forget to stop by and visit the Sideshow display and store front at Booth #410. We have a few spectacular new Star Wars product announcements in store, plus we'll have live webcams broadcasting from the booth so that those of you who can't attend will still feel like you're part of the action. Plus, some of the Sideshow staff will be presenting a panel at 2:30 PM on Saturday, May 26th, which will feature a discussion about the creation of Sideshow's Star Wars product! We wanted to remind you of a few things that will make the pick up of your Star Wars 30th Anniversary exclusives quick and easy with Sideshow's 'Collect-n-Go' program! For your convenience, Sideshow Collectibles will be distributing the orders based on your last name. We will have two lines at our store front to assist collectors who are picking up exclusives, one line will be for collectors whose last names begin with A-M, the other line will be for collectors whose last names begin with N-Z. Please make sure that you choose the appropriate line for picking up your items. If you experience long lines upon your arrival, you have the option of returning to pick up your item anytime during the show prior to Noon on Sunday, May 27th. When picking up your item, you will be required to show a picture ID as well as your emailed invoice. If you have not received your emailed invoice yet, we ask for your patience as yours may be currently in route to you. If you do not receive it within a week or so, then please e-mail CustomerService@SideshowCollectibles.com for assistance. ** If you are a Non-Attendee, your orders are estimated to begin shipping the week of May 21st. Tomorrow, Friday, May 11th, at 10 AM (PT), Non-Attendees will get their shot at the figure during the Non-Attendee Priority Pre-Ordering event! Our third Exclusive for the 2007 San Diego Comic-Con will begin Priority Pre-Ordering next week! The one-of-a-kind Weapon X Marvel Archive prop replica set will be available to newsletter members FIRST, with the Attendee PPO taking place at 10 AM (PT) on Thursday, May 17th, and the Non-Attendee following at 10 AM (PT) on Friday, May 18th. Keep in mind that we do suggest participating in the Non-Attendee PPO if you are at all in doubt about your attendance at the convention - we wouldn't want you to miss out! Tonner's 'Spider-Man 3' Character Figure series will feature Spider-Man in his costume and his alter ego, Peter Parker, as well as other key characters such as Mary Jane and Gwen Tracy. Sideshow will begin our Tonner distribution with these figures, plus we will be adding their DC and Harry Potter Character Figures to our website soon! These figures stand approximately 17-inches tall with multiple articulated joints for expressive movement and life-like mobility.
