Any indication that the Star Wars 30th Anniversary Exclusives that we're bringing to Celebration IV will be exclusive ONLY to the show is unintentional. A small quantity these items will be available to convention Non-Attendees both within the U.S. and Internationally, however the show Attendees who pre-order the items with us online will receive the product first and purchase it for a special show price. Sideshow's Star Wars exclusive offerings are in celebration of 30 years of Star Wars, and the company is excited about participating in the festivities that will be held at Celebration IV in Los Angeles in May. To avoid any confusion that this may have caused, we will be referring to these items simply as 'Star Wars 30th Anniversary Exclusives' from now on!
If you are planning to participate in the Attendee Priority Pre-Ordering events for our three Star Wars 30th Anniversary exclusives, please make sure that you will DEFINITELY be attending Celebration IV in May! Your orders MUST be picked up BEFORE 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time on Sunday, May 27th. If they are not picked up by that time, your orders will be cancelled, and the product will be offered to convention Attendees on Monday, May 28th on a first come, first served basis. Don't forget, the Attendee PPO events will start next Thursday, March 29th at 10 AM (PT), with the Medicom Toy Sandtrooper RAH figure. If you are on the edge of your seat waiting to find out what Sideshow's 2007 San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives will be, today's your lucky day! We are releasing some information and a preview image of one of these cool exclusives, which will also be distributed as an exclusive on the floor of a Japanese convention in early May. Some of our collectors are a little confused by our Wait List service at SideshowCollectibles.com. Wait Lists are taken after items sell out, and reservations are fulfilled only if some pieces come back into stock due to order cancellations, credit card declines, wholesale account withdrawals, or if a few are found hiding in our warehouse. Remember, due to low stock numbers for these items, some reservations MAY be recalled in error. We try our best, however please keep in mind that a reservation conversion is NOT a guarantee of product placement. Our Wait List service has a history of being very beneficial to those customers who may have missed out on ordering an item the first time around, so continue to sign up... More and more collectors are beginning to realize how handy our convenient FLEXpay program really is! We've updated our FLEXpay information page to include more helpful information about this service. Lucky attendees of the One Ring Celebration (aka 'ORC') in Burbank, California on March 10th and 11th were able to sit in on a couple of very informative panels presented by members of the Sideshow Creative and Development teams. Plus, the Sideshow crew members were pleased to be able to present both Andy Serkis and David Wenham with the Crack of Doom diorama and Faramir 12-inch figure, respectively.
